Shipping

• We ship to West and East Malaysia using Citylink or DHL. 
• We can also ship to Singapore using DHL.
• For other countries, you may contact us via Facebook messenger / Instagram for arrangement. 
• We do not deliver to PO box addresses.

Once the payment made and verified, we will ship out within 1-2 days. You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled.

Please note: Once we have dispatched your order via courier, sunmoonpottery is not liable for any delays if the parcel is in transit due to holiday seasons, incorrect addresses, delivery failure etc.

Return or Refund

We do not accept returns, exchange, cancellations or refund. Message us if you have any problems with your order.
